- It's not authorized to use mobile during photos or swimming sessions. 
- Pregnant women are not allowed to swim with the dolphins, but she can make photos session with the dolphin into the pool.
- All jewelry and metal accessories should be take off before meet the dolphins in the pool.
- Please avoid to touch dolphin's eyes, mouth or breathing hole. 
- Please adhere to the instructions of the coach and in any case refer immediately to the instructor.
- Place to swim with dolphin is subject of availability.
- Child less than 5 years old can't swim alone, he/she should be accompanied by one parent. 

- You will not be charged if you cancel 24 hours before your show booking.
- You will not be charged if you cancel 48 hours before your swimming booking.
- 25% Cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel same trip day.

- Less than 6 years old is FREE for SHOW only.
- Less than 12 years old enjoy 50% of adult rate for SHOW ONLY.
- Less than 3 years old enjoy photos session for FREE same photos with one parent.
- Child less than 5 years old can't swim alone, he/she should be accompanied by one parent.
